This policy explains what personal data is processed on this website, who processes it, on what legal basis, who it is shared with and for how long it is kept. It is drawn up under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDGDD).
In one sentence: this site has no user accounts, no forms, no comments and no newsletter. The only information you give us directly is what you write by email. Most of the data generated as you browse is processed by Google and Cloudflare, as set out in section 5.
The data controller is Álvaro Cimadevilla, owner of the website, with address at Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, España and contact email alvarocimadevillawebs@gmail.com.
There is no data protection officer because the processing does not reach the scale that makes one mandatory (Art. 37 GDPR). You can exercise your rights by writing to the address above.
If you write to the contact address, we process whatever you include in the message, which is normally your name, your email address, the subject and the content.

Once your enquiry is resolved, the email thread is kept for 6 months in case the matter needs revisiting, and is then deleted.
This site has no application server or database: it is served as static files from a content delivery network. Browsing still generates information processed by the hosting provider and by the advertising and analytics providers. This is detailed in section 5 and in the cookie policy.
The controller does not transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. The only information a third party processes is what this site does not control: what reaches Google and Cloudflare through the technologies described below. None of them receives your name or email address because you browsed the site.
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google and the site may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads and, if you allow it, to target them. How Google uses information from the sites you visit is set out at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Personalised advertising is only shown to those who have consented. To obtain that consent, Google's certified consent platform (Funding Choices) is used, which is independent of this site and decides which consent categories are offered. If you decline, Google will show you non-personalised or limited ads, and the site will work exactly the same.
If you previously refused advertising, Google's consent dialog will reappear with whatever frequency the platform determines.
This site uses Google Analytics to obtain aggregated traffic statistics, and only if you have accepted analytics cookies in the notice at the bottom of the page. If you decline, the script is not loaded and no analytics data is collected. IP addresses are anonymised via the `anonymize_ip` setting.
Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes the IP address and device data of each visit in order to deliver pages, apply security measures and prevent abuse. Its terms are at cloudflare.com/terms and its privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Ireland Limited has adopted the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to transfer data outside the European Economic Area, and its services are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where data is processed from the United States.
This site makes no automated decisions producing legal effects for you, and does not build profiles from the data it collects. The only automated logic at work is the one that decides which advertisement Google shows you based on your consent and browsing, which follows Google's criteria and not a decision of ours about you. You can object to that personalisation in Google's ad settings.

We reply within one month of receiving your request. If you consider we have not handled it correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
This site is not aimed at children under fourteen and does not knowingly request their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to ${titular.email} and we will delete it immediately.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Because it is a set of static files, there is no database for a breach to expose. Data you send by email sits in the site owner's inbox and is deleted after the period set out in section 3.1.
In the event of a security breach affecting your data, we will tell you without undue delay and, where possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, under Art. 33 GDPR.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes to the site. The last update date appears at the top of the page and significant changes will be flagged visibly. The version in force at any time is the one published at this address.
