Response time

We reply within two business days. If you have not heard back in three, the message has almost certainly landed in spam: send it again with the subject flagged as important.

Emails are used only to reply to you. They are not added to any mailing list and are not passed to third parties. If you would rather we deleted the thread after replying, say so in your message and we will.

What works best

• Errors and outdated data. This is the most useful thing you can send us. Give us the article link and the correct figure and we will fix it and log it under corrections.
• Tool suggestions. Tell us what you need to get work done and why the current tools fall short. This is how a lot of what we cover got here.
• Questions about the legal framework. We can help you find the rule you are looking for, but we do not give legal advice. If the question is where to file a complaint or how to interpret a contract, that needs a professional.
• Advertising reports. If you see an ad that does not match the content of the page, tell us with the exact address.

What we cannot do

• We cannot provide third-party technical support. If a tool is not working for you, write to its provider: only they can see your account.
• We cannot change prices, add features or negotiate plans. We are not the ones who decide them.
• We do not accept paid content in exchange for reviews. See the editorial policy.
