The usual AI argument is that it saves a fixed share of your time. That number does not exist. What does exist is your hourly cost and the hours you spend per task, and from those you can calculate the saving without inventing anything.
Prices manually verified on 2026-09-28.
Profiles are starting points. Replace the hourly cost with your own — that is the only input that makes the result yours.
You are using the reference figure for "Technical profile" (€32/hour).
Adjust the tasks to your reality
Weekly hours you spend today, and the share of that task AI can realistically remove. Be honest about the second figure: if you put 80% where reality is 20%, the result is worthless.

What this calculator does not do
Every price comes from each provider's official documentation, never from an estimate or a news article. Each figure carries its own check date. When a provider changes a rate, the number is out of date until we re-check it, which is why the date sits next to it.
The exchange rate we use is the European Central Bank reference of 23/09/2026: €1 = $1.1411. We show it because applying a rate without saying so hides an editorial decision inside an arithmetic step.
